Clear Stadium Review welcomes well-focused pitches about stadium design, spectator experience and the ways sporting grounds are used. Proposals should help a general reader notice or understand something specific, without relying on access, claims or expertise the piece cannot substantiate.
What to pitch
We consider explanatory pieces, comparisons, histories and close readings of a design feature or visitor experience. A strong proposal names one central question, explains why it matters to readers and shows how the subject can be covered with reliable, available information.
What to include
Send a brief outline, a provisional headline, the intended reader and a note on the material or sources the piece would use. Please flag any relevant commercial interest or relationship with a venue, supplier or organisation. Do not send confidential information or imply access that has not been agreed.
How to send it
Send proposals through the Contact page and select the editorial option. A pitch is not a commission; please wait for a response before writing or submitting a complete article.
A ground shapes the way sport is seen
A stadium is not just a container for a game. Its design influences what spectators notice, how they gather and how the place feels before and after play.
